Evergreen Equity Release Solutions was created in 2014 as partners James Batchelor & Nigel Barrett decided to expand their well established mortgage brokerage, Barrett Batchelor Mortgage Services LLP, in to the later life lending market. James and Nigel felt this move would offer an even broader range of services to both existing and future customers alike.
